The quartet features several generations of musicians – Juraj Schweigert (harmonica) and Tomáš Lukáč (guitar) accompanied by a seasoned double bass player Juraj Kalász and Jakub Valíček on drums. The band’s instrumentation is absolutely rare in Slovakia and the region of Central Europe. The band plays original tunes composed by each of the four musicians. The instrumental agility and the vigour of the rising generation of Slovak musicians will not leave you indifferent.


Aftertee band was formed in 2000 and its name is a translation of the bandleader’s surname with a reference to a legendary jazz pianist Richard Tee. The genre of the compositions by the bandleader Stanislav Počaji move in between jazz and blues with some elements of Latin American music.

The band formed at the monthly blues jam sessions and it consists of Lukáš Hrončiak on guitar, Andy Haverda on piano, Juraj Kalász on bass and Juraj Raši on drums. Its repertoire features a variety of blues songs ranging from Chicago, through Jump Blues to Rock & Roll.
